Founded in 2017, by Nicholas Cialdella and Phillip Florey, NV Custom Homes & Northern Valley Development, LLC is a boutique construction and real estate development firm based in Bergen County, NJ.

Leveraging a combined 45+ years of industry experience, our expertise spans across structure, function, design and technology.

We build homes that are thoughtfully designed, masterfully crafted and functionally 'smart'.

We understand that building a home can be an overwhelming endeavor. Our approach is focused on simplifying the process for our customers with extensive preparation, ultra-communication and total transparency.

We believe that successful home building requires a 'hands-on' approach. As owners, we serve as day-to-day onsite project managers for all projects.
